NEW SILK ROAD MODEL LOOK CANADA

ITM International Top Model Co. and Mainstream Broadcasting Corporation CHMB AM1320, are now accepting applications for New Silk Model Look 2005. We are looking for dynamic individuals who aspire to become top models.

Prizes:

1. Four winners will receive free trips* to Wuxi, China to compete in New Silk Road Model International Contest from September 10-25, 2005. First place winner of New Silk Road International will be awarded a cash prize of US $5,000, second place of US $3,000 and third place of US $1,000.

2. One additional winner will receive a free trip* to Sanya, China to compete in New Silk Road Model China Contest from September 3-10, 2005.

3. All winners will have opportunities to sign contracts with renowned international modeling agencies, including New Silk Road Company, have first hand experience in the modeling industry and a chance to become a top model.

Eligibility Requirements:
1	You must be a female.
2	You must be 16 to 25 years of age at the time of application.
3	You must be at least 168cm in height.
4	You must be a Canadian or U.S. resident.
5	If chosen as one of the winners, you are responsible to hold a current passport and obtain a visa, as international travel will be required.
6	There will be a $20 application fee.
7	Please drop your completed application and application fee in person to the following address: Mainstream Broadcasting Corporation, 100-1200 West 73rd Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6P 6G5.
8	The deadline for all applications is at 5:30pm, on August 12, 2005.
9	ITM reserves the right to not hold any participant interviews.
10	ITM reserves the right to change any of the eligibility requirements and terms.
